About Me
I'm Caspar, an applied AI and computer vision engineer working on production-facing automation systems at Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. My work turns real-world operational problems into reliable software and vision tools used close to production.
I hold an MSc in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, with majors in Computer Science and Energy Markets. My master's thesis combined full-stack software engineering, analytics, and sustainability in a web platform developed with an insurance industry partner.
Before moving into applied AI, I served as a mountaineer in the Bundeswehr and worked across web engineering, analytics, and technology startups in Germany, Austria, and Hong Kong. My technical work spans Python, computer vision, automation, data systems, TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, SQL, AWS, and GCP.
Outside work, I am interested in sustainable energy, machine learning, mountaineering, and mountain biking. I speak German and English fluently, with foundational French and Italian.
